Returns Policy

  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and are issued via email as an E-gift card.
  • No Exchanges
  • Merchandise must arrive back to us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition. No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, makeup-free, smoke-free, and deodorant-free.
  • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
  • All SALES items are FINAL SALE...this means small sales or big sales... no exceptions...if you send items back that were on the sale they will be donated to a local charity!!!

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

**If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

    Return Process

    Detailed guidelines for returns:

    • Please do not attempt to return items beyond our 7-DAY return policy. 
    • Please include the packing slip with your returned item
    • The BUYER assumes all return shipping costs unless we made a mistake.
    • Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered.
    • All clearance items are final sales, no refunds on clearance items!

    Damaged Or Defective Item

    If you received a defective item, contact support within 3 business days of receiving your order.
